With four distinct packages to choose from, we offer a seamless, stress-free solution designed to transform any space into an unforgettable setting—so you can focus on celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.

EVENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. RENTAL ITEMS & PRICING

• The client agrees to rent the items listed above.
• The client agrees to pay the Total incl. taxes listed above.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
• Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to event date.
• No setup or delivery will occur without full payment.

3. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

• Delivery windows will be coordinated in advance.
• Client must ensure clear access to setup area.
• Additional fees may apply for:
  • Stairs
  • Long distances from parking
  • Tight spaces or delays
• Pickup will occur after the event at a scheduled time.

4. DAMAGE, LOSS & RESPONSIBILITY

• Client is responsible for all rented items during the rental period.
• Any damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at replacement cost.
• Do not:
  • Move large items (tents, bars, lounge furniture)
  • Use equipment improperly

5. WEATHER POLICY

• Tents and equipment must be used safely.
• In case of severe weather (wind, rain, unsafe conditions), VALSTA Creative reserves the right to:
  • Refuse setup
  • Remove equipment early
• No refunds for weather-related cancellations.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of event: 100% of total is due.
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

7. LIABILITY

• Client assumes all responsibility for use of rented equipment.
• VALSTA Creative is not liable for:
  • Injuries
  • Property damage
  • Misuse of equipment

8. CLEANING & RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned in the condition received.
• Excessive cleaning (food, stains, damage) may result in additional fees.

9. PHOTOBOOTH (IF APPLICABLE)

• Includes agreed number of prints.
• Client is responsible for safe use during event.
• VALSTA Creative is not responsible for interruptions due to:
  • Power issues
  • Guest misuse

10. INFLATABLE TENT (REQUIRES CONSTANT POWER)

• Client is responsible for providing constant power to the tent.
• Client is responsible for safe use during event.
• VALSTA Creative is not responsible for interruptions due to:
  • Power issues
  • Guest misuse
